About WebToolArc

Free browser tools built for useful, repeatable work

WebToolArc is a collection of practical calculators, converters, document, image, developer, classroom, device, and everyday utilities. The goal is simple: make the useful action obvious, return the result quickly, and keep browser-local work local whenever the task allows it.

Browser-first

Many tools calculate, transform, inspect, or preview data directly in your browser. When a feature uses local files, camera/microphone access, browser storage, or a direct request to a URL you choose, the page explains that boundary rather than pretending a remote service was used.

No account required

Core utilities are designed to work without creating a WebToolArc account. Some repeat-use features can store preferences, recent items, presets, or history in your own browser using local storage.

How tools are maintained

Tool pages are grouped by task intent rather than creating multiple pages for trivial keyword variations. Existing high-demand tools are upgraded in place, and new pages are added only when they represent a distinct workflow. Release checks cover internal links, canonical URLs, sitemap consistency, mobile layout, browser runtime behavior, and regression tests for protected older tools.

Accuracy and limits

WebToolArc aims to make assumptions, units, browser limitations, and data-handling boundaries visible. Results should still be checked before they are used for financial, legal, medical, safety-critical, engineering, tax, or other high-stakes decisions. A browser utility is not a substitute for a qualified professional or authoritative source.

Privacy approach

Local-first tools are designed so that the input does not need to be uploaded to a WebToolArc application server. Some tools intentionally contact a destination you choose—for example a browser Fetch request—or request device permissions. Those cases are described on the relevant tool. See the Privacy Policy and Privacy Choices pages for details.
