Terms of Use
These terms describe the basic conditions for using WebToolArc. By using the site, you agree to use the tools lawfully and to verify important results before relying on them.
1. Utility service
WebToolArc provides browser-based utilities for general informational and productivity purposes. Features may change, be corrected, be removed, or receive new limits as browsers, standards, data sources, and site requirements evolve.
2. No professional advice
Calculators, converters, financial tools, technical diagnostics, educational utilities, and generated text are not professional legal, medical, tax, financial, engineering, safety, or other regulated advice. Use authoritative sources or qualified professionals when the consequence of an error is significant.
3. Your inputs and files
You are responsible for having the right to use any text, file, image, PDF, data, URL, or other material you provide to a tool. Do not use the service to violate intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, security rules, applicable law, or third-party terms.
4. Browser-local and direct-request tools
Many tools are designed to run locally in your browser. That design does not guarantee that every operation is offline: a tool may intentionally contact a destination URL you choose, use browser device APIs, load an enabled advertising/consent service, or rely on normal hosting requests. Read the tool’s own limits before using sensitive information.
5. Accuracy and availability
Reasonable efforts are made to keep tools functional and calculations clear, but no guarantee is made that every result is error-free, complete, current, or suitable for a particular purpose. Browser differences, rounding, user inputs, third-party specifications, and changing standards can affect results. The service may be unavailable temporarily.
6. Acceptable use
Do not intentionally disrupt the service, attempt to bypass access or security controls, misuse browser-facing request tools to attack third parties, automate abusive traffic, or use WebToolArc in a way that violates applicable law.
7. Third-party services and links
Some pages can link to external resources or, when monetization is enabled, use third-party advertising and consent services. Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. A link does not guarantee endorsement of every claim or service on the destination site.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, WebToolArc is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. You are responsible for reviewing important outputs and maintaining appropriate backups of your own files and data.
9. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains browser storage, device permissions, hosting logs, and advertising-related disclosures.
