HEX/RGB/HSL/HSV/OKLCH conversions are numerical color-model operations. CMYK output is an RGB-derived approximation rather than ICC-profiled print proofing. WCAG contrast ratios measure luminance contrast only and do not certify a full interface. Color-blindness previews are design simulations, not medical tests.

Hue is circular, so values below zero or above 360 can represent a wrapped angle rather than a different concept. Decide whether the workflow should wrap or reject those values, and keep saturation and lightness bounded to the expected percentage range before comparing RGB output.
HSL-to-RGB conversion uses fractional intermediate values that are commonly rounded to integer 0–255 channels for CSS. A reverse conversion can therefore return slightly different HSL numbers. Compare within the displayed precision instead of demanding character-for-character equality.
RGB values do not establish readability by themselves. Test foreground/background combinations, hover and focus states, opacity, and neighboring colors in the actual interface. A conversion can be mathematically correct while the final design still has insufficient contrast or confusing state differentiation.
These values assume the ordinary sRGB interpretation used by common CSS colors. Wide-gamut displays, print workflows, ICC profiles, and color-science calculations can use different spaces and transfer functions. Preserve the source definition when a later step depends on colorimetric accuracy beyond sRGB.
