Kebab Case Converter
Normalize words and common identifier styles into lowercase hyphen-separated kebab-case.
Case conversion is mechanical. Locale-aware upper/lower mappings are used where the browser supports them; natural-language title capitalization and proper-noun restoration can require editorial judgment.
kebab-case slug, CSS & CLI context planner
Use each input line as one name, then choose the destination context. URL slugs stay unprefixed, CSS classes can receive a class namespace, and CLI flags receive the conventional leading dashes. Enforce a length budget and report whether the output is URL-safe ASCII.
—Identifiers
—URL-safe
—Length-trimmed
—Collisions
Ready.

A slug, CSS class and CLI flag can share kebab-style words but have different prefixes and length/consumer constraints. This planner keeps that handoff explicit.
