Path Case Converter

Normalize words and common naming conventions into lowercase slash-separated path/case.

Case conversion is mechanical. Locale-aware upper/lower mappings are used where the browser supports them; natural-language title capitalization and proper-noun restoration can require editorial judgment.

Route/path root & trailing-slash control

Convert one route-like identifier per line while preserving the path decision that dot.case does not have: relative versus absolute or dot-relative roots, plus optional trailing slashes. Review segment counts and empty-output cases before copying route or folder-style names.

This is a naming formatter, not a filesystem or URL reachability checker. Absolute and dot-relative prefixes are emitted exactly as selected.
