Exact mode can end inside a word because the character budget is authoritative. Whole-word mode intentionally stays at or below the requested count instead of padding with arbitrary characters.

Exact character budget

The generator returns exactly the requested ASCII placeholder character count, including spaces and punctuation, and also reports UTF-8 bytes.

Deterministic when you need it

Seed 0 preserves the baseline sequence. A visible nonzero seed changes the corpus traversal deterministically, so a prototype can be regenerated instead of depending on hidden randomness.
