Organization Schema Generator

Create organization markup locally and check JSON-LD structure before publishing without implying Knowledge Graph eligibility.

ReadyOutput is generated locally in your browser.
Structured data is not a rich-result guaranteeUse markup only for content that is visible and true on the page. Google eligibility also depends on feature-specific rules, content policies, crawlability, and validation after deployment.

Organization Schema Generator: ContactPoint & Validation

Generate Organization JSON-LD, then audit identity, sameAs, contactPoint and postal-address fields with copy-ready enhanced markup.

Search-engine boundaries

Local markup checks cannot know what a crawler fetched, rendered, indexed or selected as canonical. Search engines may rewrite title links/snippets, choose different canonicals, ignore invalid or ineligible structured data, and apply live HTTP/robots conditions that are not present in pasted text. Treat these tools as pre-publish QA, then verify live behavior with the relevant search-engine tools.

Publication preflight, not an SEO score

Generated or pasted SEO data is checked for concrete structural conflicts, malformed values and handoff risks. The tool does not predict rankings, indexing certainty or rich-result eligibility.

Practical guide and verification

Use the interactive product above first. These notes add interpretation, verification and limits below the results and product controls.

Markup should describe the real organization visible on the site

Use the same public name, canonical website URL and logo that visitors can verify. Structured data should not invent legal names, locations, ratings or profiles merely to make the JSON-LD look more complete.

sameAs is for the same entity

Add official social or reference profiles that genuinely represent the organization. A partner, directory category, unrelated article or employee profile should not be placed in sameAs just because it mentions the brand.

Keep logo URLs crawlable and stable

A logo property is useful only if the URL resolves to an accessible image and remains stable. Avoid temporary signed URLs, blocked assets or a logo that contradicts the branding visible on the page.

ContactPoint should match a real contact channel

Use a real phone or contact method with an accurate contact type when that information is public. Do not create fake support or sales details solely to fill optional schema properties.

Validate syntax and then validate truth

A JSON-LD validator can confirm structure, but syntactically valid markup can still be misleading. After copying the output, compare every important property with the page content and current Google structured-data guidance before publishing.
