URL Encoder

Choose component-aware encoding and inspect URL structure without silently treating reserved characters the same in every URI part.

Encoding scope, UTF-8 byte audit & round-trip

Encode the data according to where it will be inserted. Compare a URI component, complete URI, path segment, query value or form value; then inspect encoded UTF-8 bytes, percent triplets and round-trip recovery instead of treating every URL context as identical.

Component/path/query modes escape URL delimiters because they are data. Complete-URI mode preserves URL structure. Form mode uses + for spaces; it is not interchangeable with generic percent-encoding.

Before editing a URL

Parse before editing, normalize only with explicit rules, preserve repeated query keys when they matter, and use batch tools when you need to audit many links consistently.
