Classroom privacy and projector workflow
v10.76 keeps classroom rosters and picker state browser-local and adds connected no-repeat/partner workflows designed for projection. Use minimal display names or nicknames when possible and avoid student IDs, contact details, health information, grades, or other sensitive records.
Teacher-judgment boundary
Random pairing and keep-apart constraints are convenience tools, not classroom-management or student-assessment systems. Accessibility, support needs, safety, relationships, and learning goals still require teacher judgment; the tool does not infer them.
How to use the Classroom Screen
Set the task text and timer, choose a saved roster, and use the screen as a projector dashboard. The clock updates automatically; the traffic light, timer, and random-student module can stay visible together.
What the tool does
Use the screen as a convenience display rather than a student record system; names and activity text stay in the current browser workflow.
Practical limits
The dashboard stores only local settings. Browser sleep, background throttling, or a closed tab can delay timers, so keep the screen active when timing matters.
