Calendar-day semantics
Date-only calculations use UTC-normalized Gregorian dates so DST clock changes do not create 23- or 25-hour day errors. The elapsed count excludes the start date by default.
Select two dates to calculate their exact calendar-day difference.
Count calendar days plus inclusive, weekday and weekend totals between two dates with reversed-input handling.
Start with a direct timer, stopwatch, alarm or focus workflow. Calendar, date arithmetic, clocks and scheduling specialists remain available from the full Date & Time hub.
Keep the primary elapsed-day answer, then make the calendar policy explicit. Choose the weekdays that count as workdays, enter custom excluded dates, select start/end inclusion, and project a deadline forward or backward by a chosen number of counted business days.
