v11.02 conversions run in the browser. The new TOML path targets common configuration syntax rather than claiming a complete TOML conformance suite; Properties nesting is an explicit WebToolArc convention, not part of Java Properties itself.

The parser covers common configuration constructs including tables, arrays, inline tables and arrays-of-tables. Multiline strings and less common TOML syntax are rejected explicitly.

Browser-local processing

Parse common TOML configuration into YAML with tables and arrays-of-tables mapped to nested mappings and sequences. Always verify the target application’s own schema and type expectations after conversion.
