Latitude Longitude Validator

Check valid latitude and longitude values instantly: latitude −90 to 90 and longitude −180 to 180, with order warnings and normalized coordinate outputs.

Valid latitude−90° to +90° inclusive
Valid longitude−180° to +180° inclusive

Validation notes

Latitude must be −90…90; longitude must be −180…180.

Validate range, order and developer-ready coordinate formats

Audit the current latitude/longitude fields or paste a coordinate pair. The validator keeps inclusive range rules explicit, warns instead of silently swapping ambiguous values, and produces GeoJSON, WKT, CSV and map-ready outputs.

Latitude is valid from −90 to 90 inclusive; longitude is valid from −180 to 180 inclusive.
Order boundary. Many apps display coordinates as latitude, longitude, while GeoJSON and WKT-style point conventions place longitude/X first. When both values are within ±90°, numeric range checks alone cannot prove the intended order, so this validator warns instead of silently swapping them.

    Keep coordinate conventions explicit

Latitude/longitude order, hemisphere, datum and precision can all change the interpreted location. WebToolArc keeps WGS84 assumptions visible and separates conversion math from geocoding.

    Verify before reuse

A formatted coordinate can look plausible while being swapped, rounded too aggressively or interpreted in the wrong system. Decode or open a map link before importing important points elsewhere.
