Reversing all pages changes page 1 into the last page and preserves every page object in opposite order. If only one section is backwards, a full reversal can damage the correctly ordered portion. Check the source page count and identify whether the problem affects the entire PDF before creating the output.
For an N-page file, original page 1 should become output page N and original page N should become output page 1. Spot-check those endpoints plus one middle page after processing. This small verification catches accidental no-op outputs and helps confirm that visual thumbnails are not being read in the wrong direction.
A PDF can have reversed sequence and also contain pages rotated 90 or 180 degrees. This tool changes order, not the visual rotation of each page. If scans are both backwards and sideways, reverse the sequence first or last according to your workflow, then use a rotation tool for orientation.
