Morse Code Sequence Analyzer

Normalize a pasted sequence and break down signal units versus letter and word gap units locally.

Runs locally in your browser. International Morse timing follows the ITU 1-dot / 3-dot / 7-dot spacing relationships. WPM timing uses the conventional PARIS reference (dot = 1200/WPM ms).

Morse signal composition & token audit

Analyze the encoded sequence itself instead of estimating playback speed. Count valid letters, words, dits, dahs and timing units, identify malformed tokens and show per-token composition so normalization problems are visible before playback.

Sequence analysis is speed-independent. Use the duration calculator when WPM or Farnsworth timing is the actual question.

Token-level sequence inspection

Normalized code, decoded token, ITU/extension/prosign context, signal counts and timing are visible together so malformed or ambiguous sequences can be reviewed.

International Morse boundary

WebToolArc follows ITU-R M.1677-1 for the International Morse alphabet and the 1-dot / 3-dot / 7-dot spacing relationships. Common extensions are labeled separately, and learning-oriented Farnsworth spacing changes gaps without changing dit/dah character speed.
