Duplicate-group audit & survivor control

Stable deduplication is useful, but data cleanup often needs to know what repeated and which occurrence survives. Choose keep-first or keep-last, switch between cleaned output, repeated groups and once-only lines, and inspect counts without rewriting the retained spelling or spacing.

Comparison rules decide which lines belong to the same group. The surviving line keeps its original text; case-insensitive or trim comparison does not silently lowercase or trim the survivor.

Text and Unicode limits

Editorial title-case rules have edge cases, syllable counts are heuristic, Unicode style substitutions depend on font/app support, and normalized or visually similar Unicode text is not automatically safe or equivalent. Structural XML comparison should use the XML-aware engine rather than a raw line diff.
