Works from the locally parsed AcroForm data above. XFA-only forms and appearance-stream rendering are separate concerns.

PDF processing boundaries

These tools operate within browser memory and the capabilities of the browser PDF libraries used on this page. Encrypted, malformed, scanned, XFA, unusual forms, complex signatures, OCR-dependent documents, and advanced desktop-editor features can require specialist software. Always verify generated files before discarding the source.

How to use this PDF Form Field Viewer

Load a fillable PDF to inspect its AcroForm structure and copy a JSON-style field inventory without uploading the document.

What it supports

Processing uses the PDF AcroForm data already embedded in the file. Standard text, checkbox, radio, dropdown, and option-list fields are handled where relevant. Unusual forms, XFA-only documents, custom fonts, or signature workflows may require a dedicated PDF application.

Privacy and limits

The selected PDF is processed in your browser rather than uploaded to WebToolArc. Keep an original copy before flattening because flattened fields are intended to become non-editable content.
