Fairness and randomness boundaries
Random selection can make equal-probability choices from the entered pool, but it cannot prove that the input list itself is appropriate or unbiased. Visual wheel/dice animations are presentation only. Seeded tools remain reproducible pseudo-random workflows rather than cryptographic randomness, and rating-balanced teams use a transparent heuristic rather than an optimal or human-judgment model.
How to use the Random Picker
Use this when you want a fast draw without wheel animation. Choose one or many entries, select replacement behavior, and optionally remove picked items from the working list.
Why use it
Paste choices or names, draw locally, remove winners when useful, and move into a complete no-repeat cycle or balanced team workflow without an account.
Randomness, privacy, and limits
Saved lists and recent working lists live in browser storage. Clearing site data or switching devices removes them unless you keep another copy.
Replacement has two different meanings
“Without replacement” prevents repeats inside one multi-pick result. For a whole-session no-repeat round, remove picked rows from the source list or use the dedicated No-Repeat Random Draw.
