Bulk vCard QR Code Generator

Import structured name, phone, email, organization and website fields, preview vCard QR codes, then export a ZIP plus manifest without uploading the contact list.

ReadyvCard 3.0 contact payloads are generated locally. Review imported contact data before distributing the codes.

Generate the payload, then proof the actual symbol geometry

A valid payload is only one layer. Compare the rendered QR's module count, raster detail and intended physical size before you commit to print, labels or distribution.

Standards and assignment boundary

Use the exact symbology required by the receiving system. WebToolArc can validate supported syntax and check digits, but it does not allocate GS1 identifiers, certify regulated documents, or guarantee acceptance by a particular scanner, retailer, carrier, or institution.

How to use this Bulk vCard QR Code Generator

Paste or import structured contact CSV rows, review the detected contact count, and generate one vCard 3.0 QR per row. Download PNG/SVG files and a manifest together.

Privacy, accuracy and limits

vCard field support and import behavior vary by contact app. The tool does not verify phone numbers, email addresses, organizations, or whether a contact is real.

Contact batch privacy

Imported contact rows are processed in the browser. The exported ZIP/manifest still contains the contact data, so store and share the output appropriately.

Practical guide and verification

Use the tool first, then apply these checks to verify the inputs, interpret the result, and hand it off without displacing the primary workflow.

Validate contact rows before generating a batch

A batch can render successfully even when a row has a swapped phone number, malformed email, or missing display name. Review the parsed contact count and a few representative vCards before downloading the archive so one CSV column shift does not contaminate every QR code.

Choose error correction and pixel size for the printed use

Higher error correction adds resilience but also increases QR density for the same payload. Long names, organizations, addresses, websites, and notes make vCards larger. Test a sample at the real print dimensions and expected camera distance before committing to a large batch.

Keep file names and contact identity unambiguous

When many PNG files are downloaded together, a useful file name should let the operator connect each code to the intended person without scanning every image. Keep the source CSV as the authoritative mapping and avoid relying on visual similarity between QR symbols.

Treat a vCard as shared contact data

A vCard QR can expose phone, email, address, organization, and website to anyone who can scan it. Include only fields that are appropriate for the publication context and obtain whatever consent or organizational approval is required before distributing a public batch.
