QR Code with Logo Generator

Add a logo without uploading it, adjust module/finder style and logo ratio, then test the generated code before large print runs.

ReadyLogo files stay in your browser. High error correction is forced, but always test the printed QR code before distributing it.

A logo or decorative module style can make a code harder to scan even with high error correction. Test the actual printed/screen version on multiple devices.

Logo coverage & print-readiness audit

Keep the existing self-test and styling controls, then quantify logo coverage and output geometry before you distribute the branded code.

Generate or edit the code above to inspect payload and output readiness.
Pixel and physical-size calculations are planning evidence, not a guarantee that every scanner, printer or receiving system will accept the final symbol.

Print-to-scan reproducibility audit

Cross-check the current payload and rendered QR canvas, then translate its module geometry into an intended physical print. The dots-per-module threshold below is a user-selected proof target, not a universal QR certification rule.

A browser proof does not replace scanning the final printed/exported artifact on intended devices.

Generate the payload, then proof the actual symbol geometry

A valid payload is only one layer. Compare the rendered QR's module count, raster detail and intended physical size before you commit to print, labels or distribution.

Practical guide and verification

A logo consumes error-correction margin

Placing artwork over QR modules deliberately hides encoded information. Higher error correction can tolerate more damage, but there is still a limit; a large or poorly positioned logo can make the code unreliable.

Protect the quiet zone

Keep the blank border around the QR code clear and avoid covering finder patterns. Decorative backgrounds, rounded crops and tight labels often fail because they intrude on areas scanners use for detection.

Common mistake

A code that scans from a large monitor is not automatically safe for print. Physical size, printer resolution, glare, colour contrast, camera distance and the final logo overlay all affect real scanning.

Standards and assignment boundary

Use the exact symbology required by the receiving system. WebToolArc can validate supported syntax and check digits, but it does not allocate GS1 identifiers, certify regulated documents, or guarantee acceptance by a particular scanner, retailer, carrier, or institution.

How to use this QR Code with Logo Generator

Enter the payload, choose the logo file and QR styling, keep high contrast, then generate and optionally self-test in supported browsers.

Privacy, accuracy and limits

A centered logo and decorative modules can reduce scan reliability. High error correction adds redundancy but is not a guarantee; test the real output on multiple devices.

Logo trade-off

A logo deliberately covers modules. This page uses high error correction, but the safe logo size still depends on payload density, contrast, print quality, and scanner behavior. A successful browser preview is not a guarantee for the final printed piece.
