Practical guide and verification
Bulk generation needs row-level validation
A spreadsheet can produce hundreds of QR codes quickly, but one malformed row can create a wrong payload at scale. Validate required columns and payload syntax before rendering the full batch.
Keep identifiers traceable
Use a stable filename or label field so each exported QR image can be matched back to its source record. Relying on visual similarity makes later auditing difficult.
Common mistake
Do not assume every payload should use the same error-correction level or physical size. Dense URLs or long text require more modules and can need a larger printed symbol.
